As an athlete and overachiever, I struggled with a missing period and RED-S for 6 years. In an effort to stay disciplined, I avoided rest days, ate strictly foods I labeled healthy, and found myself chronically overtraining while struggling to manage my stress.

When I realized that so many others had similar struggles, I believed that we deserved access to individualized, compassionate care to live our fullest lives.

So I got certified in nutrition & exercise specializing in overtraining & disordered eating. I gathered a team of clinicians and created an evidence-based mentorship program that helps you understand what your body really needs & offers the support to overcome the challenges keeping you stuck.
